Biscuits and Gravy

- 1½ pounds sausage
- ⅓ cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp. of pepper
- Spray your skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Brown the sausage.
- Add the flour to the pan and stir. Once combined, add the milk and stir constantly until thickened.
- Once thick, add the salt and pepper. Serve over warmed biscuits and enjoy!
